Rios is a super soft, hand dyed yarn by Malabrigo. Its 4ply construction helps resist pilling, and it is machine washable, which makes this a fantastic for frequently-worn garments, housewares, and children-- it's even gentle enough on the skin for baby clothes. Spun from our premium superwash Merino, Rios comes in a broad palette of semi-solid and variegated colorways.

Because Rios is hand dyed, colorways will vary greatly between lots. One good way to see this color variability is to look at projects made with Rios on Ravelry. As with all hand dyed yarns, work from two skeins of yarn at once for multi-skein projects, alternating skeins every few rows. Be sure to purchase enough yarn to complete your project.
