COVID-19 Delays: Due to social distancing and state regulations on commerce, our team is much smaller than usual, so there may be a delay on packing orders. Please know we are working as hard as we can to ship orders as soon as we can. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
We make every effort to ship orders out in a timely matter. Every order will go out within 1-4 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) of placing the order. If there is a problem with your order such as mismatched dyelots or a product shortage, we will email you to see how you would like to handle the issue.
You will get an email confirmation when you place your order, and also when your order ships, including a tracking number. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see these within 3 business days of placing your order. If you don't receive a confirmation email of your order or shipping confirmation, please use the contact form on our website to let us know.
We use USPS almost exclusively for shipping, except in cases of very large and/or heavy orders which are shipped UPS (this may include some Express or Canadian/UK/EU orders) unless another method is requested.
We do our best to keep our rates low, despite the rising costs of shipping. Your shipping includes packaging and handling fees, and you will receive a tracking number once it has shipped.

We are not shipping outside of the US via our website at this time, although you may contact us about the possibility of making special arrangements for an international order. If an order can be accepted, please be aware that you would be responsible for paying any duties or customs levied on your purchase. We cannot mark any item we are shipping as “gift”, or enter a lower value amount due to shipping laws.
We have every hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive the wrong item, are missing an item, or an item was damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your package and we will gladly take care of the issue.
We cannot accept returns on any needles or hooks, books, patterns, or sale items. These are final sale and may not be returned. If you are unsatisfied with other items in your purchase, we will accept a return for store credit within 30 days of date of original purchase. Yarn must be unwound and in original skein condition-- this includes smoke odor, pet fur, and other changes that would not allow for resale. Fiber must be in original condition and not washed, spun, or felted. We will issue your digital gift card once we receive the item back for the price of the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping costs or cover the cost of shipping a return to us. For any returned merchandise, please be sure to include your order number, email address and phone number so that we can process your return faster.
